Watkins Hire has acquired the assets of LD Boilers (formerly Jim Nicol Boilers) from Laidlaw Drew, headquartered in Livingston, Scotland
Watkins Hire is pleased to announce that they have acquired certain assets of Laidlaw Drew, headquartered in Livingston, Scotland Laidlaw Drew (LD) has been a supplier of boiler services in Scotland, specialising in steam and heating boiler hire services
As you may be aware, Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Gary Steven Fraser were appointed as joint administrators of LD Holdings Limited and its subsidiary company, Laidlaw Drew Limited, on March 14, 2006.
On April 24th 2006, Watkins Hire purchased the LD boilers intellectual property including their name, domain names, telephone lines, facsimile lines and mobile phone numbers.
LD Boilers will be operated autonomously from Watkins Hire to concentrate on the Scottish market place: existing customers will be pleased to hear that LD Boilers will be operated by Ian Livenstone.
