Further expansion for Yara AdBlue production
Yara will upgrade AdBlue production capacity at its Brunsbuttel plant in Germany on 1 July 2006 to meet the growing demand across Europe for its leadership AdBlue brand, Air1
Although the installation is on a Yara facility, vehicles may enter the site and replenish their vehicle's AdBlue tank in an operation similar to re-fuelling.
The decision to install the first facility at a Yara site was at least in part taken so drivers can be shown and supervised on how to use the dispenser, although it isn't complicated so is actually more about reassurance.
"The plan now is to install more units at other Air1 (Yara and Brenntag) sites and of course introduce these units to truckstop forecourts where they will particularly compliment diesel dispensers" said Paul Norman, Yara Air1 Business Manager for AdBlue.
